Description
It is a dry stabilized source of natural xanthophylls (Lutein) extracted from Marigold flowers. As natural Lutein can be easily affected by high temperature, light, reducing agent and metallic ion, Leader’s Innovation team had a new solution: an advanced double micro-coating technology was applied to the natural yellow pigment; the Lutein molecules in beadlets are stabilized with ascorbyl palmitate and vitamin E and coated by spayed starch at fluid bed drying system. It is recommended as an extreme effective natural yellow pigment and can equally replace synthetic yellow (Apo-Ester 10%) 1:1 (effective content) in feed or premix.
High ratio of saponification also makes sure the good absorption on poultry.
Recommended Dosage:
Layer: 60-200g/ton feed
Broiler: 100-200g/ton feed
Note: this product can replace the synthetic yellow carotenoid, apo-ester 10% (β-apo-8’-carotenoic acid- ethylester) performed by visual color fan.
Storage & Shelf Life
Sealed and stored preferably between 15-25ºC. Keep away from direct sun light and high temperature. The unopened packing has a shelf life of approximately 24 months from manufacturing if stored under the conditions specified.
